Reseller Program : ABCpayments.com offers Reseller Program to
internet service providers, web developers, web hosting solution
providers, designers, and other related companies or any individual
having any legal status (Limited company, Partnership firm, Sole
Proprietor, Government firm, Individuals or others). You may join our
reseller program to facilitate the online transactions facility & to
provide the end to end integrated e-commerce solutions to your clients.
What you Earn : ABCpayments offers flat 25% commission to
resellers on purchasing merchant account. You may purchase any of the
plan for your customers & earn the money:

To join ABCpayments Reseller Program terms &
conditions are as follows: 1. You may send online request to join our reseller program. Apply Now. 2. ABCpayments approval team shall analyse your request & send you the confirmation within 24 - 48 working hrs. 3. You have to pay us Rs. 10,000* as an activation fee to join our reseller plan. After getting the approval from our team, you can pay activation fee amount online/ cheque. After the payment part your reseller account would be activated, you may offer ABCpayments services to your customers & start earning money. *Additional Service Tax is applicable @12.24%. 4. For every fresh merchant account resellers have to submit a request to ABCpayments approval team. Resellers have to fill the checklist & send us to ABCpayments.com to apply for a fresh merchant account for their customers. ABCpayments approval team shall analyse & finalise the terms & conditions for this request & revert within 24 - 48 working hrs. Terms & conditions will depend on the risk involved in that particular merchant's business model. In all the cases approval team decision will be final. 5. After getting the approval, Reseller may purchase the merchant account from ABCpayments as per the table above. Resellers have to complete the Merchant Partnership Agreement, documentation on behalf of their customers. ABCpayments shall not entertain any direct communication with resellers customer till the activation of his merchant account. 6. If a customer is engaging directly with ABCpayments for merchant account then it should not be considered for any reseller's account. In this regard, No request shall be entertained from any reseller before or after the activation of merchant account. 7. The reseller shall not receive any commission from the TDR, Also reseller shall not receive any commission in case any merchant upgrades ABCpayments plan later. 8. You may terminate your reseller account at any moment, To terminate your account, you have to send a request to ABCpayments.com.
